Default Headliner removal?

Hello everyone, I have some awesome acorn dents on my roof and I need to remove the headliner for PDR (paintless dent removal). I searched for how to take the headliner off with no results. Is this something you might recomend for the average person, or should I give it a shop and have them do it?

Thank you for your time. Screw acorns.

EDIT: I didnt park under a tree, yet I still some how was pounded by the acorns. I dont know how it happened, the closest tree was 25 feet away.

PDR guy will only peel back the weather seal from the door and put his tool through there. you dont need to peel back the entire ceiling.

Dem Dam squirrels hate your car!

I am one of the only few people who have removed the headliner and its a two person job! I recommend you let a shop do it... plus if they fcuk it up its on them to get you a new one! Trust me our headliners can bend and there is a ton of interior parts you have to remove to get it out!!! and I mean a TON! its like a jigsaw puzzle! I had to take out all the trunk panels just to get a few pieces near the seats out to unsnap the headliner.
