if they make the fender scoop not a rip off of the IS-F and actually make a fender instead of a plastic tack on piece then yeah it would be a viable product for either the european market or the Japanese/American enthusiast market.
The side skirt scoop needs to be made lower profile and within scale of the car. The hood scoop I can see M4mustangA1 rocking that till the cows come home! The hatch spoiler looks like a decent design and should do well.
