Hi Guys, Does anyone know if I can buy this part (red outline) of the door trim ? Mine has various scratches and scuff marks of people getting in and

Lower door trim

Hi Guys,

Does anyone know if I can buy this part (red outline) of the door trim ?
Mine has various scratches and scuff marks of people getting in and out.. grrr

looks like the part is seperate from the main door trim?
