i did this with one of my GTO's i made one look exactly as it did before pontiac got hold of it a" Holden manaro." and the front lens are a different shape that fit on the pontiacs backs......so i got hold of the front Lens for a few bucks and did the conversion....
But overtime i saw that some silicone had deteriorated and i had some minor Bumper work and the red paint got inside the lens.... URRGG! No moisture though.....the hole was big enough to let it breathe.....lol. So that was a pain....redoing them and cleaning the paint off the inside. I would be more worried of the fogging... No carwashes for these conversions guys! handwash only.. just some thing to watch IF you are gonna do this.. |
