should i powdercoat my wheels

I did it. I like it. I even added some crazy pinstripe and still like it. Dig back a year ago in the wheels sections and I have more pics.

BTW, if you do the wheels, your door handles will stand out like a sore thumb. The cost on the door handles was more than the wheels.

handles will have to be painted, as they are plastic. The bodyshop I use charged me 390 to remove and reinstall plus paint the handles and taillights.

I'm thinking of powder coating mine too. But I agree powder coating some stock wheels do look ricey, but then again these aren't your typical stock wheels. Its funny because I was day dreaming the other day customizing a Porche Cayman S and they actually powder coat wheels as an option

Nothing wrong with powdercoating. The stock Rays are hot! I am going to PC my wheels to hold me over until I get rims.

I don't think these stock (350z) wheels on my car look ricey at all, but then, if I did, I wouldn't have them on there.

My street set, maybe slightly, although they are Nismos, and not really stock, but its for my business.
