Does anyone know what the red lenses are for, that are at the bottom of each door on the interior side? seems like they could be made to light up.

The red lens on interior of both doors
Does anyone know what the red lenses are for, that are at the bottom of each door on the interior side?
seems like they could be made to light up. I checked the owners manual and could find nothing. |
