mines replica wing

someone needs to bust out a replica of the mines add-on wing and sell it for $200. make it in carbon and in frp so it can be painted. also modify the original design and omit the stupid looking screws. double sided tape will prob. work fine and look a ton better.

if you build it you will sell a ton. so drop $800 on one, make a good mold and get to laying up!

I agree I love that wing. I'd prefer carbon, but FRP would work for the majority

How's Mine on the replica market? I know some companies like Chargespeed go nuts on replicas, etc.

As long as 'some' modification that adequately differs from the original piece is made, such as invisible bolts

i'm all for supporting a company and paying more $ but the price on that 'add-on' is just ridiculous. only way i will pay top dollar is when i know they had to do have done some R&D which i'm pretty sure that wing did not require such processes.

Hell yeah... no way is the Mines piece worth the 800 bucks or so they want for it. I'm holding out on someone to make something similar (a complete spoiler replacement would be even better).

I supported Mine's and have their spoiler. Got black bolts so the screws are not as prominent. I will post pics once it is installed on my car which will hopefully be once I get back from this business trip...

Replicas are made every day by different companies with little changes to it.
