Is that a knock off of the Zele front end?

I dunno if I'm sold on these or not...

1. As previously mentioned, do we lose the motorization?
2. Along with motorization, what about heated mirrors?
3. With these, what's the size comparisson of the stock mirrors vs. these? They look kinda small, and I think we can all agree smaller mirrors is not something you want on a car with rather large blind spots on each side...
