I can answer that......from their website:

This spoiler installs in the same mounting holes as the factory spoiler, includes bolts, and a mounting template. If you have a factory option spoiler already, this spoiler will bolt right up.


And they are correct....the shop I went to to get it installed needed to just remove the OEM spoiler and screw this one on. Bing, Bang, Boom!

Are there any pics or PS's done of this on a Mag Black Z? I'm curious if CF would look good, or if it would be so subtle that people would just laugh at you for putting a 'black' part on a 'black' car?
