Passenger window won't go up (intermittent issue)

Thanks I'll check that out, are the switches serviceable? If this is the case how do we explain both down switches for passenger window not functioning.

The more I think about this issue the more I lean towards a circuit related issue.

Could it be related to the window lock cicuit maybe?

Anyone have experience troubleshooting the circuit?

So the fact that the passenger switch doesn't work either when it happens leads me to a circuit issue as well. Check all harness connections for green corrosion or water going back to power source. Check all the grounds so they are tight and corrosion free. Lastly check the main door connector on the A pillar for both scenarios. The motor armature could have a dead spot but corrosion would be my first bet. The FSM will be your friend in finding the connectors and while you are there look for wiring rodent damage too. Hope that helps.
