Default Yourledshop.com - A new forum sponsor! pic heavy + small review

I ordered the LED replacement kit from Yourledshop.com, a new forum sponsor. The kit came with replacement bulbs for: The license plate, trunk, and dome lights for only $35.00. That price includes tax and shipping! The shipping was extremely fast. Installation was easy and bulbs fit perfect. I also ordered their replacement bulbs for the running/parking lights in the headlight assembly and will post pics of those when I get them.

**I suck as taking pictures!** I don't know how to filter the light through the lense correctly for dark shots so please bare with me. The pics do make the OEM bulbs brighter than the LEDs but to be honest, they are same. I use flash lights quite often at work to track people following their foot prints. I have an LED Maglite 4D-cell and a Krypton Stinger. The stinger emits a further beam than the maglite I will be honest. But the maglite has a cooler beam, I like the white light, I like how it outlines and casts shadows compared to krypton bulbs. Plus it hurts when you get hit by it lol

EDIT: I did mix up the lights so the updated pics are in the post!

Here are the pics:

Don't know about brightness, but you can see a color change. The LEDs look cleaner.

Its the same in person. I think the yellow light is easier picked up by the camera but if I did install the wrong lights then I will swap the interior domes with the license plates and re shoot pics. Its definetely much much cleaner.

edit: if your having issues with the Trunk Light I took off the white plastic piece to install the bulb as shown here:

I'm thinking the new lights look better and for only $35 shipped, not bad at all !

On the "I wish" side of the house, I wish--since the majority of the dash already is a basic orangy color--that the LEDs from the interior lighting/LEDs would tend toward a redish or orangish tint instead of what looks to be a bluish tint.

Does it look that way in person?

its not blue at all. My camera really seems to pick up the yellow/orange light over the white light. A lot of the other threads with LED swaps seem to take better pics but I think the brightness levels are the same. Its just a completely different look and thats really what you are going for. Some people have swapped them with blue and red but I just wanted a white light theme. I don't think LEDs have as wide of a range in temperatures as HIDs do so you either get white, blue, red adn so on; no in between colors. Hopefully tonight I will get the running lights in and I will install those as well.

A few of the LED pics are showing up as deleted, can you repost those?

Thanks!
