You need to reset the CPU that controls the window-same thing happened to me.I can't remember the exact steps, it was a variation on the Ultima reset. Something like turn on the car,lower the window, the raise it and hold it up for ten seconds, then ignition off. Sorry I cannot remember, try variations of that or a search.
