Question EVO-R rear bumper fog light wiring to not flash?

Is it possible to wire the EVO-R fog light to have the LEDs stay constant on when the parking lights are on AND to fully light up and stay lit up without it flashing at all when on brakes?

No I want it to be constant on dim when the parking lights are turned on and full light up when brake lights are on but NOT flash at all. But reading more into that thread it sounds like the EVO-R fog light has a built in flash module so it's not possible to wire it to light up bright and not flash.

Basically I'm I want it to have the same functionality as this one below.

Post links to wiring diagrams, schematics, brochures, etc and maybe someone can help you figure it out.

Just wire the white wire to your brake light. don't wire the red.
