I recommend the CAF1766. It is about 1/2' less thick and slides up onto the runners and the door tabs fit underneath it. Installation went fine. caneman, how did you put the plastic door back on with the four tabs protruding into the filter?

This is just beyond bizarre. So the 09 370z has a place for a cabin filter, but no cabin filter installed. Wtf? Why?
So the 2010 model could have more "new" features.
No one seems to know why? They added it to the 2010 model although my dealer couldn't find the part number.
so is there no part number or filter that we can buy for the 2010? it should be the same size for the 2009, right?

IMHO, I wouldn't put one in there. A pain in the a$$ to change, let alone remember that it's there. I've seen some pretty "clogged" filters because paople have just forgotten that they're there. BTW, I sell cabin air filters. I agree with a previous post.... it is stupid marketing BS. AND it's only there because it means more money for the parts suppliers (again, IMO).

They don't seem to be a PITA to change. Just drop the glove box and BAM!
