Anyone notice a stepped pattern in the beam of each headlight? Its like each led housing is off a bit, about 25ft away it all looks like one cutoff but

Its like each led housing is off a bit, about 25ft away it all looks like one cutoff but when you go farther it starts to turn into 2 separate cutoffs, hope I am making since, not sure if they are supposed to be like that or not?
