I've just installed these yesterday, I know this is prominently a US based forum, but did anyone get the RHD version of these? I've had to extend the DRL wire since there's no way it is long enough to reach the fuse box and the closest headlight to it, wondering if anyone else had this issue.

Also, in the instructions there a small box stating that for sequential indicators, you have to leave the orange and purple wires connected. However, there was a separate bit of paper that said the opposite, as well as every install video I see says to disconnect them. Anyway, I disconnected them but still only have solid indicators. help

Are you sure you disconnected the correct connection? There are two places where the wires are already plugged in (the other two connectors are for the main headlight harness and the fuse relay harness). Make sure you disconnect the correct one, which should be the black connector (not the white connectors).

For RHD cars I'm assuming your battery compartment is on the right hand side (in front of the passenger seat) and your brake fluid reservoir is on the left hand side (when standing in front of the car looking into the engine bay, so brake fluid reservoir is in front of the driver on RHD layout). With that being said, shouldn't the fuse relay harness be the same? Short side attaches to the passenger (side with the battery) and long side attaches to the driver.

Oh and FYI to anyone who cares, the prices went up to $1275.00 on The Retrofit Source's website so if you can find a spot to sell it to you for the original $1150.00 then do it ASAP.

The cutoff seems quite high in that video. I've read a few accounts of people having difficulty setting the correct height.
Would like to see a before and after with cutoffs marked on a wall with the car at a specific distance from said wall.

Yeah I definitely have the black one disconnected. After looking through the sheet one more time, it does say that if the OEM bulbs have been replaced in the tail lights, the sequential wont work. To fix this you need to change the resistor, can someone explain what this means to me?

Also, I'm assuming that having the fuse box on the left side of the bay, it means the fuse you swap out is quite close to the headlight. The fuse being on the top left of the fuse box and the fuse box being on the right side of the car for me, means that I've gotta bring the wire across the whole box and turn it back into itself, otherwise it won't shut. It's difficult to explain, and this probably sounds like nonsense, but thought I'd mention it in case anyone else was having that problem. Easy solution to that though!

They come from the factory that high, sorry don't have a before and after pic but you definitely need to adjust them, I adjusted mine super close to stock height, marked my stocks cutoff with blue tape 25ft away from a flat wall on a level surface and adjust the morimotos to match as close as I felt comfortable to adjusting, they are probably slightly higher than before, adjusting them was really easy actually, just need a wide enough flat head screwdriver to be able to turn the adjuster.

Yeah they got the wrong fuse box, honestly I did the same, is a little strange for a fuse box to be hidden as much as that one is when the others are very accessible. Yet, at the same time, if I'd have read the instructions properly and paid a bit more attention, I would of got it right to begin with.

As for the length, there was no way I could get it to fit without an extension to the wire, but this wasn't a difficult job at all, only had to add about 4" to the end.

I'm curious to see what your fuse box looks like and where it's located in the car. I know that the fuse for the LHD models was on the upper left hand corner of the fuse box if you're looking at the fuses. I also know that you basically have to smash the wire downwards in order to make the box fit because the wires go straight out towards the outside of the box instead of going straight down over the rest of the fuses. Harness was made kind weirdly if you ask me.

Anyone else feel a renowned love for their Z after putting in these lights? I know I have, and I can't help to check out the next car in front of me at a stop light and seeing them reflect off that person's car..

I feel the same way. I have been wanting to do something with my lights ever since I got the car last year. But didn't want to leave the car sitting while I shipped out my OEM housings to be modified. It's my daily driver.

There are very few Z's around my area, and I certainly haven't run into anyone with these headlights. I like having something different from others.
