Door lock freezing

Oddly, here in Dallas TX we had some snow and freezing weather a week ago, but my door didn't have any issues opening. i just had to crunch the ice

As far as the moisture goes, I notice that as well. One day after a rain or car wash, if i roll down my window and roll it back up, i notice water streaks. It sort of worries me because that means moisture is in the door, and who knows what that can cause in the long run.
