Flickering headlights (video link included)

I don't see any flicker. I see the line between light and dark moving up and down as the car goes over the bump - perfectly normal. Edit: After watching

I don't see any flicker. I see the line between light and dark moving up and down as the car goes over the bump - perfectly normal.

Edit: After watching a few more times, I do see some slight flickering at the bump. This is caused by the high/low beam shutter getting bounced around and is normal.

Did the previous models change headlight technology? A friends 2009 and 2014 didn't flicker when I drove them.
