Sayin ... in your vid, I can see the "flicker" that you speak of. I can't say that my '17 does the same ... never noticed such.
Mine just has body fit & finish issues ... like I mention in this post about the
gaps around my hatch. My passenger door has some weird fitment going on too ... something that I wouldn't have expected from a car of this caliber.
Caveat ... my '17 has a history, but never been in a collision or had paint work ... not that this has anything to do with your topic here.
