Holy crap... this is not good. I don't know what to do. If he really is a good person, just falling behind, then that's what I hope he'd be. Otherwise, I'm out $350 for the holiday season, but be happy that I still have a job and can work the extra hours

He is going to get in touch with all his current customers. He has 7 days to do it. Hopefully you get your refund or your product.

He should have plenty of time for getting back to his customers as it's pretty impossible to cure CF and Epoxy in an unheated garage in Chicago this time of year......

I used PayPal. I currently don't have plans to take any action. I'm not trying to be biased or anything, but John has been very communicative well before this chaos started. Granted, I do not have the products yet.

As AK put it, product or refund. I'm hoping for product so I can post up pictures for everyone.
