If you followed up you'd have seen that all those customers have been taken care of but of course nobody wants to see both sides...
Other then taht I feel you should know that one customer that demanded a refund is because he purchased something then wanted to get a refund 3 days later because he wanted more christmas money. No other company would have even thought about refunding him. So hes lucky that we are even giving him one. Most who I've spoken to have agreed. |
