Why has he only refunded half your money and taken so long to do so? This sounds like a Ponzi scheme to me. At the very least this guy is running a business with absolutely no capital and is using money from new orders to fulfill old orders, which is still a ponzi scheme. I would take his board sponsorship away. It's not right to allow him to keep putting more members in jeopardy of being taken advantage of.
