Left DTRL not working??

Yea just took it to Nissan today. They said it was just a wire unplugged. But I was still charged $66AUD for labor. How does the wire become unplugged? The

They said it was just a wire unplugged. But I was still charged $66AUD for labor. How does the wire become unplugged? The crash repairers said they did not touch the front bumber at all.
