Yungled on facebook does it for half of who you referenced above. Uses better rings too that don't look like dotted led's and has many more options.

I've discovered something regarding custom tail lights on the Z. Anything other than OEM looks a little tacky, unfortunately. I think it has something to do with the shape of the tail lights. The only mod I've seen that I like is tinting. Apart from that, not for me.
