Caution on eBay as EVO-R has other retail names for eBay.
I believe if the item is shipping from Taiwan, it's almost guaranteed to be EVO-R.

Buy it from The Z Store. They'll tell you if it's in stock before they take your money. EVO-R was out turning tricks the day they taught that in business school.

I bought it from EVO-R on ebay vs EVO-R website because its much easier to dispute if anything happens as ebay is very buyer friendly, and ebay also has stock number

Bought mine via Ebay. Sent me the 09-12 lip by mistake when I ordered the 2013+. HOWEVER EVO-R assured me they are sending out the correct version tomorrow!
