Don't want to start a new thread. But can I order this bumper from fly1 and then drill the holes and install some drls? What's different from fly1 and raptor?

Don't want to start a new thread. But can I order this bumper from fly1 and then drill the holes and install some drls? What's different from fly1 and raptor? carbonsignal told me that it's too expensive to ship 1 bumper overseas and fly1 is a neighbor state.
