I guess I put it in wrong? I don't know lol.. I put the battery in the right direction for sure. I looked at the owners manual but it doesn't even give a clear picture on how to insert the key. When I got it stuck, I almost bent the key but I luckily was able to take it out. I never want to go through with that experience again.
