EZ pass location

Does anyone know if you can mount the EZ pass behind those black dots on the windshield? Right in the top center, there's a section where there's a decal of black dots. Will the signal be blocked if you put it there? Just wondering because it looks really stupid if i put it lower.

I use masking tape and masked off the label. Then spray painted mine gloss black. I have mine mounted just to the right of the mirror stem, high as it can go. Think it is hitting the headliner. From the outside. You can barely see the 2 velcro strips. From the inside. You can't see it unless you are looking for it.
