Open Door / Window Roll-down Issue

Does anyone else have this problem? Twice now in the last couple weeks, once on each side, I have opened the door and the window has not inched down like

Twice now in the last couple weeks, once on each side, I have opened the door and the window has not inched down like it usually does. I'm wondering if I have a problem starting or if this is common.
