Interesting. I'm going to have to check these out in person. The shift bezel you should be able to purchase from a dealer or maybe find parted out on the forum. The cupholder will be the same. The silver piece is not sold separately. I'm not sure about the interior door handle though. FBNissan here on the forum usually has the best prices on OEM parts.
I painted the shift bezel trim KAD to match my car. I wanted to do the other items you circled, but just never got enough motivation to do the prep work required. But if I can be lazy and just buy them, I might just do that
