Is there a way to fight so that the Cars that are not in the recall can be included?? Sounds like discrimination since they knowing continued to use the same

Is there a way to fight so that the Cars that are not in the recall can be included?? Sounds like discrimination since they knowing continued to use the same faulty device in Cars that were manufactured during the same time period and are experiencing the same issue? This is a huge Liability issue since it goes out without warning?? My 2010 with less than 50K miles has this same issue...!! Not happy at all!
