Cracked/peeling dash?

maybe get a material expert comment on the ingredients in their product vs the material nissan uses on their dash? then sue diamondbright for compensation if they were the reason.

I have plans to buy a new dash for mine since I have a sticky dash. It is from the intense heat in florida. I found one on line for just about 1k ,but the dealer wants 8hrs labor to do the job.
I haven't really searched too much ,but the shop that fixed my seat wasn't interested in doing the job.

After 10 yrs of ownership, my dash is starting to crack at the same spots mentioned in these photos...other z owners are having the same issues. The z spent most of its time in the garage.

My 2009 370 Z Nismo also had cracks on the dash where you showed yours near the door. After the Tokata airbag recall, I had a huge crack all the way across my passenger side. The dealer refused to even discuss it, and when I called corporate Nissan to lodge a complaint, they blew me off as well. My 1988 Stanza was outside for 11 years and 121,000 miles, and the dash never cracked. My 370 Z has always been garaged and has 41,000 miles on it. And the dash looks like crap. Nissan is not the company it used to be. I am very disappointed.

In that case, I would learn how to make carbon fiber parts and just lay it down on the pieces that are already cracking. I did my doors and the center dashboard for this very reason. Mine is a 17. Still looks brand new.
