BTW, I got the rustoleum satin black for plastic or should I return it and purchase the Krylon Fusion satin black?

I went to Lowes and I didn't see the Krylon Fusion.

I'm not sure which is better. Are they both apply able without primer? When I did mine,I used primer. I would also suggest that you let the paint dry for a couple hrs. Oh,and whatever you do,don't clean the inside of the lense with any solvents. Ask me how I know this! If you absolutely have to. Use purified water.
Good luck, have fun and post some pics up!

I should be receiving my LEDs on Saturday: 2 x 31mm festoon white LEDs for vanity lights, 3 x 194 white LEDs for map lights and trunk , and 2 x 194 white LEDs for parking light.

When I did mine I got the Valspar Plastic spray paint in gloss black from Lowes as a base coat. It is paint + primer in one. You just have to sand the sh** out of the chrome housing with 220 grit then go back over with 600. Clean, etc! I laid. down about 2-3 coats of the gloss paint. Then went back over it with the Valspar normal (not for plastic) satin black. You should be fine with the Rustoleum satin black. Just make sure to SAND SAND SAND! And clean. May want to even use an adhesive promoter if you don't feel comfortable with Rustoleum yielding good outcome results. Valspar is probably the best paint Ive used. Sprayed in 30 degree weather. And it laid down smooth and even after all said and done it was a perfect texture. Very smooth like a satin wrap. Strong didn't flake at all. Just be prepared to take your time.

Very nice... I like how yours turned out. I have 180, 220, and 2000 grit sandpaper. Should I pick up 600 grit?

I haven't done my headlights but I'd imagine 180 to be too rough. you dont need 2000 but you will need 400, 600 and maybe 800. Primer is suppose to fill in the rough spots so you end up with a smooth finish
