No not normal, car looks new and under warranty yes I would take it to a dealer. The plug on the rear of the light may not have the rubber

No not normal, car looks new and under warranty yes I would take it to a dealer.
The plug on the rear of the light may not have the rubber bushing to seal them. Make dealer fix the issue. If they can't take some sillicon and seal the pulgs up after you dry them out with a hire dryer.
