I'm not too familiar with 5Zigen. What is their history/reputation like?

5Zigen has a great reputation, been around for years. I had their exhaust on my WRX a couple years ago and loved it. Thats part of the reason I ordered one for my 370z. Great gains and in my opinion the best sounding import exhaust there is.

Do we have any dyno graphs for this exhaust?

I don't think anyone in the U.S. has dynoed yet. There are only two or three in the U.S. so far I was told. Mine wont be here for about 2 weeks. I will try to dyno mine when I get it installed and I pass the break-in period and change my oil.

also i have a question for intense power. the ratings that you posted about the exhaust, (15hp on the japanese ecu) was that with or without the y-pipe?

from the pics I've seen on a different thread it looks like 5zigen has a aftermarket y-pipe on it. It is pics of them dynoing their white 370z

so i got my y-pipe (free of charge. thanks intense!) and the sound is about the same tone and everything just louder. but not bad, theres still barely any drone while cruising, if you got music playing you wont notice it. but under load and especially WOT it sounds GREAT. nice power increase also

Hey black09z, I also very interested in this 5zigen proracer. Can you tell me a bit more on the feeling of the power increase..... any difference in the lower end, someone told me that by changing this you will lose some power on the lower end bit. Thanks.

I can't wait to get mine too. It was supposed to ship out the end of last week but I haven't heard anything yet to know for sure if it shipped.
