If u have an auto transmission forgetaboutit, manual on the other hand, no problem.
P.S. umm if u cant do it in manual transmission wile holding the clutch pressed and in 1st gear in order to rev the engine over 4k rpm then drop it, it should let u go all the way to 7.5k (some one correct me if am wrong i never tried that) Also make sure ur rev limiter isn't set to 4k rpm
