is it bad to rev the engine in first with the clutch in because the z had the limiter in neutral of 4k...and im gettin an uprev tune next week

revving engine in 1st gear?
is it bad to rev the engine in first with the clutch in because the z had the limiter in neutral of 4k...and im gettin an uprev tune next week but uprev cant remove that . only when driving they can increase it not in neutral
