Does the 370 have something to prevent siphoning?

Hey so I have had my 2019 370z sitting for the winter and I went to start it today and it started up no problem but had a rough idle. I checked for vacuum leaks and there was no obvious ones. I was doing some research and the last time I filled up with gas was back in October. And it's only been started a few times since. Is it possible that the gas is old? Gas goes bad after about 3-6 months and I'm going on 5 months now. Let me know what else it could be or if the gas could cause it and what I might have to do about that. Fuel from October should be fine. I store cars every winter for 4+ months, going on many years, along with many friends. Plus many project cars sit longer than that while people rebuild the engines etc. Having been around cars full time for 20 years, me personally, I have not yet seen anyone need to drain their tank due to the fuel going bad while the car was stored. Not saying it cant happen, but I have never heard of it in real life.

Alright that's what I was wondering but I checked and there was no misfire code and no vacuum leak. I am not sure what else it could be. Maybe clogged injectors? Or something along those lines?
