(I believe the consensus is that the K&N or aFe high flow filters will give you about 5 additional hp.) I previously ran oiled K&N filters on my last car (a BMW) and they also worked great; however, cleaning and oiling the filters was a weekend project. Thus, I elected to go with a dry filter for convenience.
