Perhaps you should bleed it yourself. The clutch not coming back to the top seems like a hydraulics issue, not a clutch disk issue. That, or they screwed up the

The clutch not coming back to the top seems like a hydraulics issue, not a clutch disk issue. That, or they screwed up the install of the CSC. I put a flywheel on a few weeks ago and completely emptied the clutch fluid, even squeezed it out of the CSC.
