Could be a faulty mount but I think you would notice it at other times and not just 5-to-4. Could be incorrect fluid fill level - dealer can check level.

Could be a faulty mount but I think you would notice it at other times and not just 5-to-4. Could be incorrect fluid fill level - dealer can check level. My guess is that it's normal - mine will make a harder-than-usual shift every now and then.
