Did it start the second time? The video was too low for my laptop speakers to pick anything up. If so, this is kind of the problem I've been having

Did it start the second time? The video was too low for my laptop speakers to pick anything up. If so, this is kind of the problem I've been having but I have yet to figure out what it is. The only thing I've done is have JARblue pull my steering lock fuse and that was at least a year ago.
