indivisible throttle body

Has anyone done an indivisible throttle body build? I don't really plan on racing my 370z so I thought this might be a cheaper way to get some more HP

Default indivisible throttle body

Has anyone done an indivisible throttle body build?

I don't really plan on racing my 370z so I thought this might be a cheaper way to get some more HP rather then doing a TT build.

Any thoughts?

Individual tbs will end up costing far more than you think.

one nation, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all

Individual* Tb's will be about twice as much on our cars since we dont have a cable throttle setup. thats why they old 350z de motors could do them on the cheap

ITB $4K
Stand Alone ECU $2.5K
Tune and Other 1K

That's the rough of it.

Default ITB for 370Z

Check into other car manufacture's (BMW-M series cars) that have ITB naturally aspirated induction. Bola (BolaInduction) now makes electric ITB for Chevy & Ford engines. If going the mechanical ITB route; Hilborn ITB comes to mind which will entail deleting the ECU controlling the engine.

You will need to know the flow of the cylinder head in cfm in naturally aspirated induction. I am not sure what the flow rate for stock 370Z cylinder head.

Good luck!

You will see greater returns with 4.08 rear end and tuning motor to 8000 rpm. Then spend time getting weight out of the car. Lightweight flywheel, aluminum hat brake rotors

But if you can't part with ITB here you go

$3600 for just this. But GTM will also be making a adapter to make it work with FI. But don't forget you will have to get a full stand alone ECU (roughly $2500+) and convert the throttle from drive by wire to cable. Super sweet.

I thought those were largely pointless without a tuned plenum to house them.

Not sure I understand? No plenum is used. You have to tune each ITB to each cylinder.

that and your car will probably need a fresh tune every 2-3 months as the weather changes
