Either way if ypu doubt the power i made your fighting an exercise in futility i put down 60 more hp than multiple cars with full boltons on sebs dyno, there have been quite a few z's through his door and my nubers completely eclipse them.

1slow's dry sump is referred to as his water feature! He knows what I'm talking about! That is one scary fast NA Z... Way faster than any NA Z I have seen! I would say it acts more like a V8 than anything else!!! But with an 8200 rpm redline!!!!

Haha yeah the gentle swishing coming from the back lol

its a hassle how the oil fill cap is on the front of the drivers side. have to chop it off to do anything nice for an intake manifold... which sucks even more because of plastic valvecovers.

bullitt5897 10-24-2014 07:22 PM

^^^ sounds like you need 1slow's dry sump!

phunk 10-24-2014 07:34 PM

Ya its sort of a combo pack isnt it... nice intake manifold wipes out your oil fill, dry sump allows you to fill the oil to the tank. Just PITA to build a nice intake manifold as a product for the masses due to that oil filler location. We have been back to working on our intake manifold for the big build and I keep going back and forth on whacking the filler neck off... but I dont know how much people who just want an intake manifold as a bolt on would like that.

Any other way to get oil into the motor? Chop the oil cap, and make a new one in a different position.

Picked up the car from seb today got stuck in traffic for 5 hours, and the big jun cams do add a bit of idle instability, but the car RIPS, the vdc has its work cut out for it the car is having a harder time controlling wheel spin, i am burning through first and second, chirping third, then it wants to break loose again towards the top of third gear sometimes. If i have a good road 6k up just flys in third gear

Where do you go in socal to do 1/4 runs?

bullitt5897 10-24-2014 10:42 PM

I can tell you right now... I was the first person to ride in it when it wasn't tuned and traction was very hard to come by... I couldn't imagine what it's like now... He really needs to get some new tires.
