Habit to be honest. I'll try and convince them to dyno a stock Z then her Nismo.

Er... what the heck is the "secret sauce".

If they're running something like a nitromethane blend then those numbers may be closer to reality than I would have thought.

Okay... well, if it is is nitromethane I wouldn't recommend it because it may seriously reduce engine longevity... :ugh2:

Anyway, do you have the drf's or at least know what the actual conditions and correction factor value were for those runs?

Absolute values are all relative, but it would be informative to see what went into the calculations besides top secret blends of mystery fuel :p

The items I didn't list in detail are purely mechanical modifications that I won't elaborate on. The car will be dyno'ed on Z1's dyno next weekend to further confirm the power it makes on E85.

Here's the thread for more details.

Okay. Well, I guess took the "sauce" label too literally.

It's clear you gents made some impressive gains from modification and tuning -- however, I'm curious as to the values SAE corrected, the run conditions, and the actual correction factor values that were applied -- frankly, because those values are so staggeringly high, it would be informative to see what conditions/corrections were also involved.

Understandably, I posted the graphs you requested in my thread.

Thanks -- wow. Well, I'm pretty impressed, and appreciate you posting the additional info :tiphat:.

Will some of the "sauce" related modifications eventually be offered to consumers? Did you use ECutek or Uprev for tuning?

We use Uprev on G/Zs mostly, however we do use Ecutek on GT-Rs, and FR-S/BRZs so that's an option. I will offer any part of this package for sale, however i'm not willing to provide the competition with free R&D by posting details

Fair enough -- looking forward to seeing more results in due course!

Again, nicely done

You finally came on the forum to tell the good news! Keep up your awesome job with Zatlanta!

If I put TSM "secret sauce" on my sandwich, will that make 357whp too?
