Transmission and Motor Mounts?

Definitely thinking about new motor mounts . . . I noticed Z1 has both the polyurethane mounts and solid aluminum mounts . . . anyone recommend one versus the other?

I'm thinking that the aluminum should have awesome power transfer, but excessive vibration . . . . the polyurethane seems like it would be a good compromise . . . . anyone have any insights? Thanks!
