I had the Drop transmission mount and it was WAY too stiff for anything other than a race car. I now have the Z1 Urethane trans mount, and it's fantastic.

I now have the Z1 Urethane trans mount, and it's fantastic. Yes, it does transfer more vibration and noise into the cabin; not so much that it's obnoxious (it passes "the wife test" for me anyway), and as it breaks in it normalizes a little bit. I daily drive my car, and I'm pretty happy with it. The increase in system throttle response is definitely noticeable. I regularly track my G37S Coupe, and the benefits really shine at the track. I highly recommend it. |
