Does anybody else think the 370 manual tranny sucks!

I have no issues with the gearbox itself. Seems fine to me, other than being a little reluctant going into first gear when it is really cold out. My issue

I have no issues with the gearbox itself. Seems fine to me, other than being a little reluctant going into first gear when it is really cold out. My issue is more clutch related. Much harder to shift smoothly than my BMW was. Of course mine was a stock 3 series with much less HP and torque. It just demands a little more attention to get smooth than the Bimmer.
