Hey guys, I have TP's and a 25 row oil cooler, and a lot of the time, especially after spirited driving, I see the oil temp raise to about 190

I use Nissan Ester Oil and I'm at about 3k miles on the oil, and my dipstick is EXACTLY at the full dot... I haven't topped off, nothing... Any ideas? Or is this normal?
