Since when was the stock pulley a harmonic balancer? Looks like a pulley to me, albeit a heavy one. Oh wait, it has a rubber band...

Back on topic, if you had the funds and willpower, headers will definitely give you a boost in power, I would say 10whp or more on your setup.
